Women Play Padel is built to help women meet, play, support one another and enjoy the social side of padel. These guidelines apply to our online spaces, WhatsApp communities, events and activities.
Be welcoming and respectful
Treat every member with respect, regardless of experience, age, background, identity, ability or playing style. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted sexual attention and abusive language are not welcome.
Help create belonging
Make room for new players, communicate clearly and support fair, friendly play. Competitive matches can still be kind and respectful. Celebrate progress and help others feel comfortable joining in.
Respect privacy and consent
Do not share another member’s phone number, messages, screenshots, photos, videos or personal information outside the community without permission. Ask before adding someone to another group, photographing them or posting content that identifies them.
Keep community spaces useful
Keep messages relevant to padel, community activities and genuine connection. Avoid repeated promotions, spam, unsolicited sales messages, misinformation and content that could make members feel pressured or unsafe. Ask us before using the community for commercial research, recruiting or promotion.
Play and participate safely
Follow club and venue rules, use appropriate equipment and make decisions that are right for your health and ability. Members arrange and attend games at their own discretion. Tell an organizer promptly about an injury, hazard or safety concern.
Be clear about plans and payments
When organizing a match or activity, communicate the level, location, time, costs and cancellation expectations clearly. Honor commitments and let others know as soon as possible when plans change.
Speak up when something is wrong
If you experience or witness behavior that conflicts with these guidelines, contact us privately at hello@womenplaypadel.com. Do not put yourself at risk; contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed.
How we respond
We may review concerns, ask for more information, issue a reminder or warning, limit participation, remove content or remove someone from a community or event. Serious or repeated conduct may lead to immediate removal. We will handle reports as thoughtfully and privately as reasonably possible.
